Electric Static Friction Tester "QC-117A"

Automatic stop with sensor detection! An electric static friction measuring device suitable for spinning, sports equipment, and medical supplies!

We would like to introduce our electric static friction measuring device, the 'QC-117A'. The measurement method involves fixing the test specimen to the testing platform, then taking another measuring object (test specimen), securing it under a specified load as per the standards, and placing it on the testing platform. The angle of the testing platform rises at approximately 1.5 degrees per second until the weight begins to slide, and at the moment it slides down, the tan(θ) value of the angle is determined, which becomes the static friction coefficient of the test specimen's surface. 【Corresponding Test Standards】 ■ASTM D202 ■TAPPI T815 *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Static Friction Tester "QC-117"

Corresponds to ASTM D202 and TAPPI T815 testing standards! The testing angle is a static friction measuring device with a range of 0 to 45 degrees!

The QC-117 is an electric static friction tester equipped with constant speed angle increase and automatic stop functions. The measurement method involves fixing the test specimen to the testing platform, taking another measuring object (test specimen), and securing it under the specified load according to the standards, then placing it on the testing platform. The angle of the testing platform rises at approximately 1.5 degrees per second until the weights start to slide, and the tangent (tan(θ)) value of the angle at the moment it slides down is calculated, which becomes the static friction coefficient of the test specimen's surface. 【Corresponding Test Standards】 ■ASTM D202 ■TAPPI T815 *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
